This was one of those late-October perfectly autumnal evenings we are so lucky to get here sometimes, and I got to share it with one of my favorite families!  Seriously, I feel like I got to photograph famous people!  Because in some circles around here, they are!

If you have a child under the age of 10, you have probably heard glowing recommendations about Miss Jana and her music classes at Music Together Tri-Cities.  And if you haven’t, do check her out!  We enrolled in her Music Together class when my oldest was three, and we were regular students for YEARS, and loved every minute of it!  

So not only is Jana famous among the toddler crowd, her husband Jason is an optometrist at Tri-City Eyes, and we love it there too!  My oldest son surprised us a few years ago when he needed glasses and a strong prescription, and Dr. Hair walked us through all of it and made us feel confident it was the right step.  If you’re looking for an eye doctor, check them out!

At our session this evening, we just had the best time being silly together, and having lots of fun!  Fall colors were peaking along the river, and we got to be a little creative with the yellow trees.  But those glowy sunset pictures are so dreamy too!  Their dog, Olive, was a little too shy to come out and get pictures with us, but we managed to get a couple of snaps after we were back at the parking lot with her included, and they are some of my favorites!

Jana and Jason, thank you so much for choosing me to capture your family again this year!  Your kids are growing SO fast!  I am so lucky to call you guys friends, and just so glad I know you.
