It’s so amazing, as a photographer, to get to capture more than one of your life milestones.   Megan and Ian reached out to me for the first time for photos back in December of 2020, when Megan was pregnant with little Maddi.  We had an awesome, but chilly maternity session near the Yakima River, here in Richland, WA.  I had the honor to capture the new little family twice last year, and then this time we got to include Ian’s three older sons too!  We had a gorgeous night at the Demonstration Gardens in Kennewick, WA.  There was even more blooming that night than my session the week before–iris, wisteria, and roses just starting!  This family is just so wonderful to continue to work with, and it’s so fun to watch them grow up through my lens!

Megan and Ian, thank you for bringing your whole family my way this time!  I know coordinating schedules with two boys in college and a high schooler had to have been tough, but it was such a pleasure meeting them, and capturing you all together.  Maddi is growing SO fast, and each time I see her she’s even more smiley and fun–and she’s walking now!!!  Good luck to the boys as they finish out their semesters, and thank you Megan for sticking with me!
