I’ve photographed this family before (wait, has it really been FOUR years?!), and they’re one of those families that becomes more than just a client, they’re my friends too, and I had the best time getting to update their family photos this spring!  

We went to the Demonstration Gardens by the Kennewick Library, which is always a fantastic location, but especially in the spring, and it certainly did not disappoint.  I think we saw more roses blooming than I’d EVER seen there! I pretty much wanted to take a picture of every single variety!

We took all kinds of traditional group shots, updated portraits of the kids, and got some quiet moments with just Susan and Matt, and then things got a little wild!  They wanted to show off their recent family interest–a special interest that brings them all together–WRESTLING!  And classic pro wrestlers!  We had a hilarious time with their wrestler action figures, and I just love how we could capture this family and their interests at this moment in time.  It certainly makes the final gallery more interesting too!

Susan and Matt, thank you for choosing me again to celebrate and document your amazing family, and thank you for your fearless expression of your unique interests!  The kids were so into it!  I hope these photos make you smile and remember this special time for years to come!
