Meet Ethan, Richland High School class of 2026!
When planning Ethan’s senior photo session, he gave me one main directive: Please no sagebrush. And while sagebrush is easy to feature out here in the Shrub Steppe of the Tri-Cities, there are also many natural areas to head to without it. So we chose the Chamna Natural Preserve. It has plenty of sagebrush, but also some great trees, grass, and river views, and we had a stunning evening for it!
We took photos with the trees, in the grass, by the river, and in one of my favorite open dirt spots there. While ‘open dirt’ doesn’t necessarily sound like the dream spot for a photo session, it’s somehow pretty magical, and my favorite spot to end the evening when the light gets low. I think you can tell why!
Ethan, you rocked this session! Thank you for being so cheerful and cool! It was a pleasure to meet you and capture you during your senior year. I hope this last year of high school is amazing for you!
